Positive: The location wasn’t bad
Negative: I did not like that I could not cook in my room which is why I wanted a room with that ability. I don’t know if you charged more for that but if you did then I deserve a partial refund because basically I stayed in a regular type room. The stove, and fridge was there but no pots and pans, plates, cups and silverware. I am sorry you have a theft problem but if you are not going to guarantee these things when someone reserve that type of room then you need to tell them to bring their own. This should be on your website. Also maybe you should look into better security for this place. That might help in knowing who takes the stuff. This also should include the iron since I did not have one in my room and the front desk did not have one. You can have people sign these out and give them back when they leave and if they don’t then they will be charged for them. Just an idea. I had to spend more money than I planned because I could not cook. I also wanted a coffee maker but did not have that and yes I know you have free coffee in the morning I wanted to be able to have coffee when I wanted. I bought with me what I needed for that and just took it back home and spent money on coffee. This is why you did not get a 10 rating.
